3. Scope of the Partnership
FECS proposes to act as the exclusive logistics and travel partner for planning overseas incentive events.
Under this arrangement, FECS will design, manage, and deliver complete international event packages for groups of up to 30 attendees, enabling your organisation a premium, relationship-focused team building experiences abroad.
4. Services Provided by FECS
FECS shall provide subject to budget a comprehensive, fully managed itinerary, including (but not limited to):
Pre-Departure & Travel
- Return flights from a UK airport (late departures where feasible)
- Meet and greet services at destination
- All ground transportation, including coach transfers
Accommodation & Arrival
- Minimum 4-star hotel accommodation
- Expedited group check-in facilities

- Collection and handling of passport information for travel compliance

- Marketing and promotion of travel based event via its notice board or established channels
- Direct engagement with and onboarding of attendees
- Financial responsibility that covers the whole event
- Settlement of FECS invoices in accordance with agreed terms
7. Payment Terms
- FECS will issue a pro forma invoice for each event
- Your organisation shall remit full payment no later than four (4) weeks prior to the event date
- Upon receipt of cleared funds, FECS will confirm all bookings
